I definitely would not have minded if Zach Hemsey did the entire Inception score, although Hans Zimmer’s score is amazing in its own right.

This movie is going to be the death of me; seeing it again Tuesday for $5 (!!!) with some of my friends who have no idea what they’re in for.

12 hours working on this sucker over 3 days; I think the stripes alone took, like, half of that time. Not because they were exceptionally difficult (although folds get kind of tricky), but repeating patterns are hard to stare at for long periods of time and I tend to get distracted by, er, tangentially-related literature. Repeatedly. every five minutes.

The best thing about portraiture is probably the part where I have to look for references. joseph gordon-levitt please never ever ever stop wearing those gorgeous suits and making ridiculous faces to go along with them
